We utilize a state-of-the-art, cloud-based software solution, offering up-to-date, live access to your asset recycling journey through a unique online portal.
1. Collection:
At the point of collection, our uniformed driver will bring rolling cages and begin loading the recycling equipment. Once a cage is full, the driver will seal it and take pictures, which will be uploaded to the portal for customer access.
2. Transit:
All our vehicles are equipped with live GPS tracking, accessible via the portal.We do not permit drivers to take breaks once the vehicle is loaded, ensuring secure transit.
3. Warehouse:

4. Offloading:
We use Luton vans with tail lifts to load and offload equipment, minimizing disruption for our clients.
Disposal Process
1. Sorting:
Once offloaded, our team scans barcodes and separates items into data-driven and non-data-driven devices.
2. Processing:
The data-related equipment is passed to the processing team for further testing and separation into working and non-working equipment.
3. Data Destruction:
At Safe PC Disposal, we take data security very seriously. We physically destroy all removable data storage devices, such as SSDs and hard drives. Built-in storage devices are processed via Blancco.
4. Asset Grading:
We grade all tested working equipment according to our criteria and generate revenue by selling them online and sharing the financial values with our clients..
5. Recycling:
All failed assets are transferred to recycling stations, where we dismantle parts and treat them according to their commodity type.
Reporting and Analytics
- Inventory Report:
We provide a complete inventory report accessible via the portal, offering live data on the total number of items collected.
- Utilization Report:
This section explains the number of items reusable and the number of items recycled.
- Data-Driven Decisions:
This report details the number of drives destroyed physically and the number wiped via Blancco.
